Financial Planning Administrator and Training Coordinator

Role:

Laura supports our Financial Planning Technicians by implementing our clients’ specific wealth management strategies, managing client data and liaising with investment providers. Laura also organises and supervises the training of new employees, providing ongoing support to them and assisting with their development.

What do you enjoy about your role?

My favourite part of working in finance is tackling any problems or challenges that arise – trying to find solutions by digging deeper. This is because it involves using a combination of knowledge and creativity.

What are you passionate about?

Welcoming new employees into the team – organising their training and adapting it to their individual needs, as well as ensuring they have the support they require to thrive at Fiscal Engineers.

What do you like most about working for Fiscal Engineers?

We are trusted to manage our own work and do what is best for our clients – we don’t need to be micromanaged here.

What are your interests?

House plants, fantasy football, playing table tennis and weekends away.
