I was trusted with responsibility early on which has given me the opportunity to develop into an effective member of the Administration team by building my experience. The varied makeup of our client teams gives me the opportunity to work with a variety of people. Meeting and working with new people has always energised me and brings enjoyment to my work day.

The client experience. A key reason why Fiscal Engineers is so successful is because of the great deal of energy spent crafting the client experience. The care and attention to detail the team have is inspiring and sets Fiscal Engineers apart from teams I have worked with previously. Getting things right the first time and following through on promises have become key drivers for me.

The support and encouragement I have received from the team has been second to none. It’s a fantastic atmosphere to be trained in and I feel comfortable asking any question any time which has allowed me to fill any gaps in my knowledge base to a greater extent than I would have elsewhere.  

I appreciate the thought and rigor used to construct the training I have received. Coming from the manufacturing sector, it’s something I really value and I know I have a strong foundation to succeed in my role. 

I have just arranged to start taking piano lessons after thinking about doing so for some time. My final aim is to be able to play Claire de Lune, but I appreciate this may take a while. Picking up some jazz pieces along the way would provide a vibrant detour.  

Depending on the day of the week you might catch me on a run, trying to conquer the hills of the area.
