Role:
James is a Technical Team Leader, supporting the Financial Planners by creating tailored wealth management solutions for our clients and handling client queries. James has worked in the industry for over 15 years and also has a background in software development and engineering. He is currently working towards achieving the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning.
Qualifications:
- BSc (Hons) in Computing (Visualisation)
- Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
- Certificate in Pension Transfers

What do you enjoy about your role?
I enjoy problem-solving, and my job presents me with new challenges every day. My satisfaction comes from perfection, knowing that I have tried my absolute best and knowing that everything is spot on.
What are you passionate about?
Music and my family are a big part of my life, both of which require discipline, dedication, attention to detail and patience!

The team. Everyone is always striving towards the same aim, and everyone is always willing to help. It really encourages you to go the extra mile.
