What do you enjoy about your role?
No day is ever the same at Fiscal and I enjoy the variety this brings. Helping to steer Fiscal in the right direction as it continues to thrive means every day is different, keeping alive my passion for continuous improvement.
What are you passionate about?
I enjoy seeing people thrive and grow in their roles. I have a real passion for seeing the impact that positive change has on our people (staff and clients) and ensuring that they always have the right tools to succeed. As well as driving change and managing day to day matters, I enjoy seeing, mentoring and helping people develop and grow in their careers at Fiscal Engineers.
What do you like most about working for Fiscal Engineers?
The family feel – many businesses say it, but Fiscal Engineers is a family and we live and breathe it. There is a drive amongst the team to always do the right thing for our clients and continuously improve. Being part of that means every day is enjoyable.
What are your interests?
Having three young children keeps me busy and I enjoy spending as much time with them as I can. I love most sports and have been a season ticket holder at Nottingham Forest for 22 years. I’ve always held the mantra that a healthy body gives you a healthy mind, so I like to keep active and try to play football and go to the gym as often as possible.
